Everytime I look in my network places folder I see other people's shared documents. If I delete them they return, and this is only on the school network. I'm pretty sure my computer is not opened to sharing. I deleted everything in shared documents even though they were unimportant files. Is there a way to prevent these random people's computers showing in my network places?
I think it's the fact that they are sharing, not you.
It's probably an administrative policy and nothing you can do about it.
Just my guess.
